Mr JOSEPH ASUMADU is a retired municipal finance officer.
He started work as an accounts supervisor until he rose through the ranks to become chief accountant.
Mr Asumadu was a member / secretary of the MUNICIPAL Finance and Administration sub-committee, member District Planning Coordinating UNIT (DPCU),member Budget committee, member Procurement committee, head of MUNICIPAL Finance department, Coopted member Audit committee, Financial advisor .
HE HAS WORKED IN SO MANY DISTRICTS / MUNICIPALITIES as the head of the finance department with larger span of control.
QUALIFICATION : HE HOLDS BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (ACCOUNTING OPTION) ;
MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION; MASTER IN GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP; MSc IN MONITORING AND EVALUATION.
A part from these qualifications he has attended several workshops/ Conference both national and international .
In addition Mr Asumadu has pursued several short programs such as Conflicts Transformation by Peaceful means,
Research and Evaluation in NGOs sector, People’s Power, Introduction to Human Rights Education (HREA) ,Financial management in public sector , Public Procurement training , Corporate Social Responsiblity training (CSR) etc .

MR.ALEX ASARE is exceptionally well organized and resourceful Professional with more than ten years’ experience and a solid academic background in accounting and financial management; excellent analytical and problem solving skills; able to handle multiple projects while producing high quality work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
My professional working experience spans SMEs and multinational companies.
Currently, I am the Finance Manager at Toyota Ghana Company Limited a Leading automobile company in Ghana with annual turnover of over $100 million, have held several positions within Toyota Ghana. Prior to Joining Toyota, have worked with AGS Frasers International as an accountant. I have also worked with Heinz Integrated Systems as Finance and Administration Officer. I have comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Applications (MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and various Accounting packages including Tally, QuickBooks, ADP, Automate and limited working knowledge with SAP ERP. I have attended numerous seminars, workshop and colloquia.
I am a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants(ICA)Ghana, holds Master’s Degree in Finance and Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Commerce(B.com) Degree as well.

Mrs. Vida Marfo an enthusiastic Banking professional with over twenty-four years’ experience working in the banking industry. Excellent in Credit delivery, loan delinquency management and Banking Operations. She is a Chartered Banker, holds MBA in Banking and Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Commence degree with diploma in Education from University of Cape Coast. She also holds Part G in ACCA.
I started working for Sinapi Aba Trust a non for profit organization seeing to the transformation of women by mobilizing women into groups and given them
credit with education in 1998. Sinapi Aba has partners in US, UK, German, Canada, with divergent reporting requirements which I am able to meet.
I am currently Head, Banking Operations, of Sinapi Aba savings and Loans a position she has held since 2016 after serving as the Head of Credit also for 10 years supervising all the 44 Branches throughout Ghana. She is responsible for all operational functions of the Company and deputizes the Chief Operations Officer and well versed in gender and environmental issues and T 24 core banking software
I attend Board meetings of Sinapi Aba to speak to issues at the board audit and Credit committee raise by the internal auditor and to large extent familiar with proceedings at board meetings.
Having worked as a credit head and with my experience in credit delivery I will be able to help with the credit operations of the Bank.
PROFILE OF ENOCH RICHARD ARKAIFIE
Enoch Richard Arkaifie is a holder of an Executive Master in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon. He started his tertiary education at the University of Cape Coast and obtained BA (Hons) Economics Degree and Diploma in Education.
Mr. Arkaifie has thirty-two years of experience in banking with over fifteen years in credit risk management. He started his banking career at the Social Security Bank now Societe Generale (Ghana) from 1983 to 2002 and joined the ARB Apex Bank PLC from 2004 to 2018.
He was appointed at the ARB Apex Bank as the Head of the Efficiency Monitoring Unit. Among other responsibilities, he was tasked with producing quarterly financial reports on the performance of Rural and Community Banks (RCBs) in Ghana. At the ARB Apex Bank, he was appointed the Credit Manager with the overall responsibility of analysing and assessing credit requests from the RCBs. Enoch was also appointed the Deputy Head of Projects and Credit Department and Acting Head of, the Risk and Credit Management Department. As part of his key responsibilities, he was in charge of all intervention funds that were managed by the ARB Apex Bank. Above all, he was the key facilitator for all credit risk management training programmes provided to the RCBs by the ARB Apex Bank. His career at the ARB Apex Bank exposed him immensely to rural banking operations in Ghana.
Mr. Arkaifie represented the ARB Apex Bank on the boards of three RCBs and the Ghana Microfinance Institutions Network (GHAMFIN) in Ghana. He also represented the ARB Apex Bank on the Implementation Committee of the Ghana Deposit Protection Scheme at the Bank of Ghana and the Steering Committee of the Rural Enterprises Programme at the Ministry of Trade and Industries. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) – Ghana and has attended several courses, conferences, and seminars in Ghana and abroad.
Whilst at the ARB Apex Bank PLC, Enoch achieved the following until he retired from the services of the Bank in December 2018:
- Supported resuscitating an ailing rural bank in the Eastern Region of the Republic of Ghana
- Supported and developed an operational manual for Solar PV Home Systems Project for selected RCBs
- Assisted to achieve the project objectives under the credit component of the Ghana Energy Development and Access Project (GEDAP) implemented by the Apex Bank and selected RCBs
- Played a key role to provide long-term on-lending funds from the Danish Government to some RCBs
- Developed ‘Credit Operational Manual’ for RCBs
Mr. Arkaifie is currently a board member of the Dumpong Rural Bank PLC located at Asakraka in the Eastern Region of the Republic of Ghana.
